Georgia Harmer is a singer/songwriter born and living in Toronto, Ontario. She is currently working on her first EP - a collection of originals she plays on electric guitar with a band made up of her dad and two very dear friends. This project will be in the works for a while, as her time is currently taken by touring the world as a backup singer with pop artist Alessia Cara. Georgia’s music is raw, attempting soulful, folk rock country pop. Or something like that. She is eternally inspired by Land if talk’s Liz Powell, Feist, La Force, and many of the other queens of Canadian alternative music including her aunt, Sarah Harmer, who she has performed with a number of times. Georgia will be at the Burdock on January 20th playing her original songs for the first and last time in a long time. Be there or be somewhere else. Xo
