Emily Kelly and Graham Coe (who comprise the duo known as The Jellyman’s Daughter) are an extraordinary pair of young musicians from Edinburgh, Scotland. The Jellyman's Daughter lands squarely in the middle of a strange crossroads between bluegrass, post-rock, folk, and Americana. Emily and Graham strive for originality in their songwriting, incorporating cello, guitar, and mandolin in their songs. They are on an extended tour of North American in support of their new album "Dead Reckoning."
Sheila Carabine and Brian MacMillan first shared the stage at Burdock back in March of 2018. The pair have since begun work on a full length album of original songs, to be released later this year. Sheila has spent the past 16 years in the Juno-nominated folk duo "Dala". She is known for her commanding stage presence, her haunting voice, and for quoting her Irish mother. Brian, a well-loved singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist, is a master collaborator, known for his coaxing voice, his signature guitar style, his dapper duds and his many bizarre characters (one of whom is named “Krakow Andertron”. You should ask him all about it). Sheila and Brian still don’t have a band name. Come hear their new tunes and help name them. Laughter guaranteed.
