We strive to create balance and elegance in our beers and are heavily inspired by the world of wine. We've brewed dozens of styles of beer thus far, some of which we've fallen in love with and continue to brew on a regular basis—like our Vermont Blond, Brett Farmhouse, APA, IPA, & Té.
We're always on the hunt for new ingredients, whether from Niagara farmers/foragers, Ontario hop growers, or from nearby wineries. We've also built up a substantial barrel program in our first year and are now only just beginning to release the first of these barrel-aged beers. 2017 will be a year flowing with funk & sour!
