Our focus is on brewing approachable experiments.

We've brewed dozens of styles of beer thus far, some of which we've fallen in love with and have continued to brew on a regular basis—like our Vermont Blond, Brett Farmhouse, APA, IPA, & Té. We strive to create balance and elegance in our beers and are heavily inspired by the world of wine.

We're always on the hunt for new ingredients, whether from Niagara farmers/foragers, Ontario hop growers, or from nearby wineries. We've also built up a substantial barrel program in our first year and are now only just beginning to release the first of these barrel-aged beers. 2017 will be a year flowing with funk & sour!
