We brewed our first batch of beer in July of 2015. Since then, we've been supplying our bottle shop, restaurant, music hall, and a few choice bars and restaurants around town.

Our focus is on brewing approachable experiments. We've brewed dozens of styles of beer thus far, some of which we've fallen in love with and have continued to brew on a regular basis—like our West Coast Pilsner. We strive to create balance and elegance in our beers and are heavily inspired by the world of wine.

We're always on the hunt for new ingredients, whether from Niagra farmers/foragers, Ontario hop growers, or from nearby wineries. We've also built up a substantial barrel program in our first year and are now only just beginning to release the first of these barrel-aged beers. 2017 will be a year flowing with funk & sour!
